Wake up and smell the coffee brewing and with the pause feature, I don't have to wait for that first cup. I work at home and the coffee stays fresh and hot all day. I am in love with this coffee pot. It makes a great cup of coffee, the freshly ground/brewed taste is absolutely awesome. It is easy to operate and clean. I don't find that it is any more cumbersome than the process to clean any other coffee maker I have owned.
